The Problem... Because of the increased privacy and security concerns (mostly due to viruses and spam) it can sometimes be a challenge for us to make sure that you receive important email messages that we send to you... but you can help!

To prevent spam, some e-mail programs like Outlook or e-mail services (like Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc.) will automatically block messages if our email address is not already in your address book or "safe senders" list.

What To Do: If you have spam-filtering software installed, or if your email program has a spam-filtering feature, please add our email addresses to your e-mail address book or to you "safe sender list".

When conducting business with Foxtrot Gifts, you will receive messages from the following email addresses:

• Personal and automated replies from the owner or other staff.

By adding these email addresses to your address book (or to your spam filter configuration) you'll make certain that you can easily conduct business with us and not have to worry that our messages are being diverted or deleted.
